[10] pages, including inside wraps, printed in blue. The text block is detached from the wraps. 4 full-page color illustrations & textual illustrations in blue & white. Despite its binding flaws, a clean, bright copy. Good. Includes racist references. Scarce. Good .

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.

Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
